This website is operated by Future Pocket Financial Services Private Limited, trading as Future Pocket People, providing HR shared services to businesses in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, India.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form on this website, we collect the details you choose to give us:

• Your name
• Your company name
• Your phone or WhatsApp number
• Your work email address
• Your team size and the type of HR support you are looking for
• Anything you write in the optional message field

If you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone instead, we hold whatever you share in that conversation.

We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.

Why we use it

We use these details only to respond to your enquiry, understand what HR support you need, and follow up about working together. We do not use them for any unrelated purpose.

Our legal basis

We process this data on the basis of your consent, given when you choose to submit the form or contact us. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox through Web3Forms, a form delivery service, and reach us by email. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.

We may share limited details with a service provider where it is necessary to answer your enquiry, and only to the extent needed.

How long we keep it

If we do not end up working together, we keep enquiry details for up to 24 months in case you get back in touch, then delete them. If you become a client, retention is governed by our client agreement with you.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data of yours we hold
• Correct anything inaccurate or incomplete
• Delete your data
• Withdraw your consent to us holding it

Email Founder@futurepocket.in and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you may raise a grievance with us first, and then with the Data Protection Board of India.

Employee data belonging to our clients

This policy covers data collected through this website. Where we process employee or payroll data on behalf of a client company, we do so under a separate written agreement with that client. In those cases the client determines how the data is used, and employees of that company should refer to their own employer's privacy notice.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including limiting access to those who need it to do the work. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
